Term & Mileage: Enjoy unlimited years and unlimited miles of protection for as long as you own the vehicle.

Deductible: Each covered repair visit requires only a $100 deductible.

Eligibility: Available on new Kia models as well as used off-brand (non-Kia) vehicles with 75,000 miles or less at the time of purchase.

This warranty is non-transferrable and will expire if the vehicle is sold, traded, or totaled.

- Engine Components (e.g. crankshaft, pistons, timing chain, oil pump, turbocharger, mounts)
- Transmission/Transaxle (e.g. torque converter, gears, valve body, solenoids, mounts)
- Drive Axle (e.g. differential, CV joints, wheel bearings, prop shafts, U-joints)
- Additional Hybrid/EV Components (e.g. motor, generator, control computer)
- Fluids needed due to a covered repair
- Any part not specifically listed as covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Aftermarket modifications, racing, or commercial use
- Repairs covered under the manufacturer's warranty or recalls
- Routine maintenance, wear-and-tear (e.g., oil consumption, burnt valves)
- Issues due to contamination, lack of oil/coolant, or overheating
- Non-covered part failure causing breakdown
- Shop supplies, diagnostic charges, or disposal fees

Owner Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle per the manufacturer's schedule
- Keep all service records/receipts
- Stop driving immediately if a mechanical issue arises
- Contact FWS before repairs (unless emergency)
- Allow FWS to inspect the vehicle/parts if requested
The Claims Process
- Return vehicle to dealer or call FWS: 1-800-327-5172
- Get authorization before the repair
- Provide teardown authorization if needed
- Submit claim & documentation within 30 days
- Retain replaced parts for inspection
